Relay Buzzing Lights flashing

Let me first say that i think this site is great with all the info and knowledge on here. Here is my problem. I have an early 99 f350 7.3 2wd. My problem is occasionaly my relay for my interior lights will start buzzing wile im driving while its parked doesnt make a difference. The interiors lights will start flashing. Now a few things. I replaced the realy which is relay 1 in my fuse block. Didnt make a difference. When this happens my OD light will start flashing while im driving or parked. My radio and pw,pdl lights on door stay illuminated. When i open my door while parked it will stop buzzing and the lights do like there suppose to. Now while im driving and open the door the buzzing will continue. I hope this is enough info if someoone can help me diagnose my problem. Thanks to all

Look under the dash for water leaks. Does it do it more when it rains? A lot of these trucks had minor windshield leaks, and the water runs down the inside firewall and gets into the GEM module and the fuse box. The GEM module is the brain that controls all the power window, locks, accessory delay relay, and the interior lights and their relay.

Thanks for the reply Franklin, now that you mentioned it , actually i told my wife i thought something was getting wet because it only does it when it rains. I live in Florida and we have been having some huge storms at night. What does the GEM module look like. Where would i find these leaks and what can i do to stop the leaking.

To fix it, take it to a windshield shop and get them to reseal the windshield. The GEM is a black box under the dash with lots of wires coming out of it. I think it's on the driver's side around the steering column area.
