Glad to hear the little guy is doing so well. Sometimes the so called 'experts' are mistaken. Glad to hear this was one of those times they were wrong.

I read this yesterday and responded. Since then I've thought about and your family quite a few times.
I've added you to my list of people that have made my life richer
just by such brief contact as thru the Internet.
I hope to someday be able to shake your hand and to look you in the eye. I will be better for doing it.
May God continue to bless you entire Family.

It sounds like your son has an amazing, positive attitude and outlook. I love hearing stories like this. It goes to show that the world isn't as bad as we might think it is sometimes. Many thanks for sharing that with us.
speechless.

may God continue to bless you!

Hey all! I'm looking for a 1956 Ford Cabover in restorable condition. Looking for an entry-level price to restore it myself. I currently have a '56 F-100 but really want to get my hands on one of the COE hen's teeth now.
Ward, I have family also that live in E-Town, Ky. They are going through a rough time right now with there 2 kids, one which doesn't look real good. You wonder why things happen the way they doto people. Just remember that God does have a plan for us all and you have one special buy there.
Great news!! I grew up with a fella who had several heart surgeries since birth, (edit: the "experts" didn't give him much chance either) and we graduated high school together. Though I haven't seen him since, I do know he's still goin strong. All the best!!!

WOW!!! All I can really say is THANK YOU! I didn't write this for recognition for me or my wife. We feel lucky to be blessed with Alex, He has brought joy to our lives and helped to make us complete. My wife and I have a bio son, JOhn-Aaron that is 6 but she had alot of complications but we wanted more kids. We also adopted an 8 yr old girl this past Dec. I think we are complete now. Thank you again everybody and I would be happy to shake any of your hands, and not because I feel better about myself, just because I like paople, if any of you ever pass through here and need a hand or just want to say hi give me a shout.

Wonderful news on the little guy! He will be borrowing the tools to fix the bike next then before you know it he will be working on your truck.
Congratulations.
a lot of intestinal fortitude in that boy!!!! i like his spirit, nothing will get in his way. how could anybody not appreciate that! kudos to that young man!!!!
Obviously you forgot to tell this wee lad that he is disabled. Either he doesn't know what that means or he just won't accept it. either way - good for him.
