Ok i am picking up a 73 f-100 2wd with a 460 and a bad radiator. I was wondering if i could save myself some cash and put the spare radiator from my dads 79 lincoln town car which also has a 460 in there. Oh and they both have automatic transmissions.
thanks in advance

Measure them carefully and if they are the same size I don't know why you couldn't swap them. If the "new" radiator has been sitting a while you might have it professionally cleaned (boiled out) and pressure checked. It would be easier to fix any problems before installation.
