Rear Hatch Ajar warning

Rear Hatch Ajar warning
When I have all the doors closed and I access the rear hatch and try to close it, the cabin is so air tight it does not fully close hatch.
The rear hatch ajar warning light suddenly turns on after a few minutes of driving.
I also noticed that when my wife got into the Expy and closed the door I saw the rear hatch movea bit. The light soon turned on after I got in and started driving.
To fix the issue I now have to make sure a door or a window is open before I close the rear hatch, which is quite annoying.
Just wondering if anyone else similar issues.
I explained it to my ford dealer and he said that he could not replicate the problem and that to bring it it when the warning light came back on..
GRRRR!

LOL, not to poke fun, but I am not sure if thats a complaint or not. Your vehicle is built so tight and precise that its relatively airtight. I know its annoying, but its impressive. Mine does it every once in a while now that I think about it. But I never realized that was the cause. I just got out and reclosed it thinking it was my wife's fault. Great, now I have to apologize to her...
