69ford/460/c6/45mph=2000rpms60mph=2500

ok i need some help fiiguring out my rearend gears and if my converter is slipping or not. i have a 460 in a 69 ford with a c6 tranny and the rear end was changed out dana 60 for a 9" all done by the PO first lett me tell you a little about the motor he built the motor so he said it has about 450hp and he had the tranny built now the PO was a good guy and i trust him because he new his stuff when it came to fords and everything he told me lined up. so now that you know that heres the thing at 45mph im spinning 2000rpms and at 60mph im spining 2500rpms and at 70 its spins about 3000rpms now this seems a bit high to me even for a c6 now i have 275/60/15 and i think that makes it 28" tall on the back but just from driving the truck it doesnt feel like it is geared very low so using what i gave yall could yall tell me what my gear should be in the rearend?

Sounds like 3.50s.

Plug your numbers in here with 3.50 as axle ratio and the mph/rpms look like what you posted.
