03 Expedition NSS Wire Help! Please

Sorry for double post... didn't know what this falls into..

I am installing a remote starter/security system in my 2003 Expy and have come to the point where I need to connect a wire the Neutral Safety Switch (NSS) and I am stumped on where to find it and tap into it. I was told

"Neutral Safety WHITE/BLACK (-) PCM 30 PIN (TOP RIGHT) CONNECTOR **

**Powertrain Control Module Located-Passenger Rear Firewall Of Engine Compart. "

I cannot find this wire.. I have found the PCM but do not see a wire going into it. Any help please!!!!

Pin 30 is the crankshaft position sensor with a darkblue wire. There is a darkblue/orange wire coming out of the PCM on pin 4, that goes to the starting system. I am not sure what your alarm/start system requires.
