Hi all...does anyone know the best solution to the leakage problem (of fuel) on my 1986 6.9 return lines/o rings. I understand Ford dealers have a kit to replace all the tees, hoses o rings etc.? Or should I piece it together mysef? thanks craig-z
Well, after hunting and surfing around the net, calling about a dozen dealerships, etc., I have decided to replace all the hoses and tees myself.
I was able to come up with the Napa part #2-18447 as the "kit" that is available to replace all the o rings, tees and such on the 6.9 so now I am on my way to the Oregon City store to pick that up. I will let ya know how it all goes........craig-z

Yes, the gas man has us pretty bad, I was in the Portland area last weekend for racing and gas over there is as bad as here for price.

The gasoline fiasco ........dont get me started....GRRR....anyway. prices are consistently better at the Pilot truck stop at Brooks exit on I-5 and the Arco at the Corvallis exit on I-5, if of course you happen to be in the area, have cash for Arco, and dont mind the truck stop environment, which, by the way, some thief got my card # and went on a shopping spree........
You got to watch those ARCO, if you don't have cash, what you save in price, you will loose with what they will charge for using a Debit card. And my milage goes way down on there fuel.
