power lock/window not working

hey my power lock and window have stopped working on the driverside door of my 1990 bronco xlt . I checked the fuses and the switches on the door panel and they seem to be fine. I cannot manualy open the truck with a key on that side either and only if i reef on the inside handle that i am able to unlock it. the passenger side wokrs great. Any help here?

helirich is starting off with a positive reputation.
Your motor for your lock is nearly seized. Its at the bottom/back of your door. You can remove it and the lock will open easily. Of course you must replace it if you want it to work. This does not explain the window. When you say the switches are fine, are they sending power and ground on to the motors?
