National Parts Depot catalog

oh boy.....how long does it take for this thing to get here? I ordered the catalog about 3-4 weeks ago and still nothing. it said, "Thanks for ordering our catalog" or whatever at the end of the stuff to fill out, so I guess it just takes a long to time to get here, huh?

I know this a bad word around here but even LMC catalogs don't take that long to come in after ordered. yes I have bought stuff from LMC. window weatherstripping (left door), flareside tail light, right front marker light, and I think that's it.

but I don't think I'll ever buy doors, hoods, etc., from them after all the bad things I heard about it from this site.

I guess I like just going to their website and downloading the information. It is nice to have a catalog for a quick reference without having to start up the PC and search around. Plus, it's nice to have some reading material for the Man's Office.

Slightly off topic, but anyone looking for junkyard parts, I've found that Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market has the best index of junkyard inventory. Took me forever to find it, maybe it'll save someone else the trouble.

Look on this very page for LINKS for the following sponsors websites.

NATIONAL PARTS DEPOT / MAR-K / AUTO KRAFTERS / BLUE OVAL TRUCKS PARTS / MAC'S ANTIQUE AUTO PARTS

Why wait for a catalog by mail when you can download them right here?

In addition: denniscarpenter.com / carolina-classics.com / TruckandCarShop.com

dearbornclassics.com sells car parts, but they have a wide range of fasteners, decals, other goodies that are the same as trucks use.

Which one didn't I answer?

You sometimes send me 10 P/M's (!) a day, and I answer all of them.

I can't answer them in seconds, there's 1000's of ppl on this site at any given moment, and they have questions too.

It takes a lotta time to properly research and type answers to all this scheiss.

My resources allow me to answer most Q's for every Ford truck from 1925 thru 2002, cars from 1908 thru 1991.

Since I subscribe to every thread I post in, and other FTE members send me emails and P/M's, I usually get between 70 & 100 messages in my AOL mail file every day!

I'm not an automaton!
