Ron if I had a shop built I would buy this, but hate that you got to sell it, but I'm kinda in the same boat with my 72, sits out side all winter long then spends all summer in the garage just never gets driven and if I keep it I will want to tear it apart and fix it up like I should have done in the first place.

Ron - That's a shame. Hope you get what you asked for. Looks like a good project, but I have too many already.

 

Ron I hate to see you sell the old truck, If I did not have 2 projects waiting on me in the shop now I would take that off your hands. I had to pass on a pair of 56 ford trucks a few weeks ago just cause the time is not there, and a 56 is my dream truck.

 

I also hate to see you sell this truck. If I had the funds and location to work on it, I'd love to take it off your hands. Sadly, I have neither.

Thanks for the sentiments,fellas. Ya, i hate to part with it. Maybe years down the road i will be able to get another one. Is it weird to be sad about losing it? It was my first fordtruck. Sigh. I've got three serious buyers lined up. It might be gone this weekend. Unless i can hit the lotto tomorrow night.

As I think about it, posting on the Ok parts list makes a lot of sense. I've shipped bunches of small stuff all over, inc Australia, but seats and transmissions and other large and/or heavy things just don't warrant the shipping costs in many cases. I'm going to start using it.
