460 Exhaust manifold bolts coming loose

460 Exhaust manifold bolts coming loose

Stock 460 exhaust manifolds, I can't keep the bolts from coming loose. I have to retorque them monthly and some of them actually fall out if I forget.

Does anybody have any secrets as to keeping the darn things tight? Would lock washers keep them from coming loose? Any suggestions?
