Question 2002 ford escape windshield washer reservoir

Just wondering if anyone knows where i can find a windshield washer reservoir to fit my 2002 escape? Will anything else fit off of any other ford model new or used? WILL APPRECIATE ANY HELP, THANKS IN ADVANCE. MARINE-SNIPER.

I'm guessing that a decent junkyard should get you the reservoir pretty easily--they so rarely go bad that it's likely most Escape wrecks will have one in there, so long as it wasn't a hard front end hit in the corner with the jug...

And I'd check with a Ford dealer parts dept--this *may* be a relatively inexpensive part (or not--dunno how they set the pricing on stuff like this).

They are not cheap and the most frequent problem is the low fluid sensor goes bad on them.

Welcome to FTE. Can I ask why you are replacing it? If the sensor is still good, and you just need to fix a crack, you can buy a fiberglass repair kit (resin & cloth) at wally world, remove the tank, and just apply your fiberglass patch to the tank. I've done this in other applications and it works well.

Sorry it took so long to respond to your in put on the washer reservoir problem i have experienced. Having absolutely no luck in locating a used reservoir, nobody seems to want to go to the troubleto remove one, i will repair as you suggested . Thank you and everyone who responded to my problem.
