how can i make my caution lights flash as fast as they do if you have a blown bulb anytime the flashers are on? is there a way i can put a toggle on them to where they flash fast?
This is just my guess, but I would imagine that a lighter flasher should do the trick. Possibly a flasher for a two light system. Motorcycle comes to mind.
You could add a set of vehicle strobes behind the flasher lens on a different switch. Those would be brighter would use less battery and have less chance of overloading older factory wiring.
take your 4-way flasher out. grind the cover off carefully around the lip to where u can tape it back half bass together. theres the little contact points that are about > < so far apart. you need to bend them till they are about >< apart. you can adjust the speed by how close the contacts are together. if you go way too close it will sound like a buzzer and the lights will just sort of glow. hope this helps. and at 2 bucks each if you break it, no big deal.
