I would like to, with your help compile a list of good Ford dealers in our state places that you would send your friends ,or family to get work done. I think it would be nice to have, that way if anyone in FTE needed to find a good service dept Ar. it would be listed.

Ok for my neck of the woods I would recommend Lewis ford in Fayetteville. The owner is a really cool guy and they will actually work with you to lower the price instead of just playing a number game like taking some money off sticker then adding it somewhere else. There service department is pretty good also. Oh and I will tell yall one to stay away from, do not go to Randall ford in Fort Smith. Horrible customer service and they try and screw you on labor and/or parts.

I have had good luck with Paris Ford here at home. They have treated me fairly in the past. They also do a lot of work on ambulances from around the area, including from Fort Smith and VanBuren. They are not the cheapest but I trust them.

Wish I could help with this list, but I've never paid a dealership to work on anything.

Scott you know that I'm in the same boat as you . I guess we are the lucky ones my dad is the same way but I remember a vacation pulling a camper all over the U.S. when I was 16.
We had a 79 Bronco it was a laid out Bronco from the Quad shocks to the factory CB and we towed a 24' camper, anyway we had a few problems along the way and a few stops at the Ford dealers and we were on our way.

I have purchased two vehicles from Landers Ford....when they were in Jacksonville. They were not too difficult to deal with back then, no idea how they are now.
