Summertime Coolant Tempature Powerstroke

What temps are you getting when the outside temps are over 100 and you are climbing hills, towing, ect.

Typically I'll see an average range from 195-210 with a few boughts of 215 if I feel the need for speed. What you'll see would depend on how fast your going, size of hills, how much weight your towing etc.

2005 F250 6.0 Crew Cab Short Bed in Las Vegas with outside temps between 100 and 118 using a scan gauge II to read coolant temp.

Highway empty: 195-205 depending on hills
City empty: 200-205
Towing my 5000lb ATV trailer: 200-224 (the 224 temp was with outside temp of at least 118 degrees and on steep hills)

When it hits about 218 or so the fan kicks on and my truck sounds like it's about to fly. When the fan kicks in the temps drop back to 215 or so pretty fast.
