Quation #1.

My PS pump belt looks to bad. I wanna change it but I dont know its size. (3.0 w/o AC).

Quation #2.

My wipers now work when ignition is off. Your suggestions? Ign. switch is OK. Tested....

buss on the wiper switch is worn in "closed loop" connection. This happens change switch out.
Good thing you said ignition was ok. The tumblers wear out early from to many keys (large weight) hanging from key. weight down-end of key up-bad end result.

Belt size? Just take a simple material ruler. It is like string. wrap it around the belt. You can have an offset either way by about an inch.-Good Luck

PS belt runs throught water pump then tentioner then PS pump....

wait if you're aero is a two belt system like mine, does it matter the length of the powersteering belt? on my 93 it's the larger surpintine belt that goes through the AC Pully, alternator, and the idler pully.

here's what you're looking for:

ac less belt: 6 ribs by 44.5" effective length
