Reason: spelling, of course.
Hey man, welcome!!! Darkside refers to a truck that has some major changes to it, engine, trans, front clip, 9" Ford rear, IRS, etc........ The cookie thing kind of got started as an incentive of us darksiders to the all original crowd. Havi ate all of them, but Keith Cruz deserves to eat them all!! Check out his gallery!! There was a thread on here I started a while back about the question, but I'm terrible with the search feature. Maybe someone will post the link for ya??
Again welcome!! If we ever get any more cookies,I'll share them with ya!!
Well, it appears that I am right at home. Going to bag the rear of my 56 soon. Like it says in my sig, 460 warming up in the wings with a c-6 to back it up. PLanning on some kind of IFS for the front. Heavy duty sway bars all around.
I know it will never happen but my dream is to get a 56 effie that pulls 1g on a skid pad and stays flat without wallowing like a hog in slop.
Does that qualify me for the dark side??

As a side note...you can also gather "cookies" by doing lot's of surfing on the web, looking for Darkside stuff for your rig. You can't cash them in anywhere, but they do hone your computer skills as well as drive your anti-virus nuts.
I just thought that when I read the line "Come to the dark side, we have cookies." it meant something more substantial. Like white chocolate macadamia nut or something. Even oatmeal raisin would suffice.

We'll have to see about the "Cookies" they just don't appear, they have to be---- well anyway, you'll see.
If you can hang long enough.
At the very top of the Forum there are some "Stickies" check them out.
At the top of the page there are some link buttons, one is articles, read them a lot of the questions you will seek knowledge from is there, some even have pictures to help you understand.
A lot of the site features won't work for you untill you have 25 posts, it's a way to weed out Bags.
Keep the language clean, no name calling or biteing and you have to supply your own batteries.
Too many Chevy products and I won't share with you.
