Try ebay for the harnesses first. If that doesn't fix your problem you can do the injectors. The downpipe is a really good idea to open up the exhaust.

Personally I would get an ohm meter and check the harnesses myself instead of just replacing them.

sgg is starting off with a positive reputation.
OK, here's what I did. Checked the harnesses and found that some were bad. Decided to pull the injectors and send them to Rosewood for a stage 1 rebuild. Reinstalled the rebuilt injectors, new VC gaskets, new wiring harnesses, and made a DIY cold air intake. Disconnected the EBPV. Now I have one strong, smooth running diesel! Lots of power, no skipping, and I love the turbo whistle! Thanks for everyone's input. The job was not bad. Jim at Rosewood is great to do business with!

glad you got it goin i am going to have to do the same stuff to mine just to make sure. how has everyones mileage been affected by stage 1s? how about stage 2s? thanks
