Nothing lasts too long around here. People jump on and off of bandwagons daily - no big deal.

As for myself, I'm disappointed by the lack of effort given, but I don't live and die with sports teams. They were deservedly thrashed by a team that wanted it more, and had a coach who motivated his players, instead of a $12 million spectator sitting on the bench.

I remember what a good feeling that was to be finished with school for the year.

 

The best part Don, is two guys that I went to high school with are IT techs and they can;t even get around it (or so they say...wink, wink) They did tell one of my co-workers that the request came down from higher ups, as in the County Administrator. If you did not know, I work for county government.

I caught the last few minutes of the 3rd and most of the 4th period last night and the Lakers did not seem to care at all. I am not a b-ball fan, but will watch the finals and I felt embarassed for the Lakers. They looked like a third grade team playing out there.
