What are they called?

The little rubber plug pieces on each end of the wiper cowl, between the wiper cowl and the fender. The ones on my truck are sun beaten, discolored, and beaten. Any idea what they are called and where I can find replacements? Thanks.

Sounds like a dealer only item. I looked at ftepartsguy.com and it looks like the parts you're talking about aren't even labeled.

They are the (we call them) "Pop Rivets" at our shop...Same style, yet different finish (matte) as the ones that hold the upper radiator cowling on. You pop it up as far as it can go, and then pull the entire plug out. Pull one and take it Ford, or maybe even Carquest...NAPA should have them.
