Need Fuel Pressure Regulator

Apparently I need a Fuel Pressure Regulator. Any one know the part number for a 2003 Sportrac? Also where is this located, is it something easily done to change?

It is on the fuel rail. How do you know you need one. Was a fuel pressure test performed? Is your long term fuel trim a negative number?

Yes the pressure drops immediately after the truck is turned off. It also act funny when the fuel cap is removed or refueled.
