I toyed with the thought of putting a 12 valve under the hood. I can pick a whole truck up for under 2500 witha shot tranny. It is pretty tempting but im not sure about it. I know I could do it just the time and money part is not at its best right now. Oh and I love the PSD. But man it is tempting.

If Dodge would put a truck around that motor I would have bought one over the PSD.If I came across a good deal on a 12v,I would pick it up for a future swap(had the temptation of a 12v swap in my suburban a few years ago).

Wouldnt call you a traitor, but wouldnt do it myself.
might, however, take a 12V and put it into a rock crawler... he he he that'd be one bad-a** Rock crawler if you ask me.

I think it will be more fun making my PSD out run a 12 valve but im sure more costly. It was a thoguht I had at the time but now that I think about it I really cant afford the down time and other things at this time. I really wish I could though.

Need a big rig for the 12v......4BT swaps are a little more common because of weight(and can run off of 1 wire)......I have everything sitting here minus the motor for a VW TDI swap in my Toyota, should be able to wheel damn near a whole year on a tank of fuel.
