As quiet as the Kansas Chapter has been for the last few days, I'm starting to think I am the only one left in Kansas with Ford trucks. I still have 4 Ford trucks so I'm still here.

What's everyone been up to? I went wheeling this weekend at Tuttle Creek Off Road Area for a poker run. I ended up winning a set of seat covers for POJ(78 Bronco) Now maybe I can cover up the holey seats. I took my 4 year old grandson along and he had a great time. I think he always ready to go wheeling.

Hey Del! Just been settin back tryin to get a hole in my foot to heal up so I can go to Colorado in August. Just two minths to go. Got an old puter out and have it ready for Clint so he can find me out there.

Clint has the new tranny in Green. Just need for him to finish puttin it all together. Been drivin Jr. around when I need to. So I still have two Fords.

Have the AC runnin. Numbers have been in the normal range today when I stuck so I guess I've been shootin good.

Not a lot on TV so I have talk radio on. Don't do that very often but I like to see what folks are sayin every once in a while.

Read another Last Gunfighter book. Thinkin about startin another one. Just waitin for bed time to shoot again and take my night time dose of asprin.

Glad your grandson had a good time. Sounded like he has an new uncle or two.

 

Matt, The miss has come and gone a couple of times on the Bronco. I changed out a plug wire again tonight. I keep getting a miss after wheeling on the driver's side bank. I don't know if the wires get hot over there and crap out or if their is a exhaust manifold leak that gets them too warm.

Jack, I think he adopted a couple of the guys up there. I'm sure he will want to go again, plus, since the Bronco doesn't have air bags I let him ride up front in his booster seat. He was tuckered out after wheeling and fell asleep on the way home. That was in the noisy Bronco with the window down.

You take care of yourself and get that foot to heal so it doesn't give you trouble when you go to CO.

 

Not much going on with me yet. Last Sunday, I worked my last shift at my second job. (Well, til August anyway...)

Tomorrow night, I'll fly to Phoenix to pick up my daughter and ANOTHER Ford. That'll get me up to four of 'em!

 

Well I still have 4 fords, but one has a bit of 'NADO damage. I've been working up at the folks uuuh.. farm?... uh... "rural lot". I am going to help Clint tomorrow night. Been Busier then a one legged man in a butt kickin contest.

 

I only have one Ford, and its for sale, I just haven't put it up for sale cause I would feel guilty about coming on here and harrassing you guys if I didn't have a Ford.

 

Hey Curtis, I'll loan you one. I can even park it at your house if you want. That would probably make my wife happy. LOL

Wow, there still are Ford folks in Kansas. As quiet as it was for a couple of days I thought everyone had left or had gone to the dark side and gotten another brand and was too ashamed to show their selves.
