I suggest there are a lot of deposits inside cylinders that my compression ratio is higher then should be.

Oil is not milky colored, dark brown actually.

When the problem happened I immediatelly felt loss of power and engine started to overheat.
Then I pulled over and temp went back to normal.

Just called an experienced mechanic who works aeros and he says I probably fried a wire on a manifold component.
I will post his diagnosis later on.
Thanks to all for your help!!
So the engine lost power suddenly & THEN the engine started to overheat ? Any hissing going on under the hood ? Pinging under load.
Sounding like a leaky valve to me, if you fried a plug wire you would likely have a permanent misfire & the CEL on. Leaky valve could also mess up the O2 sensor feedback, causing incorrect fuel ratio, which in turn can cause plug fouling & misfires. I'd say first problem to sort is the low compression. The engine shaking is probably a misfire, this would also lose you power immedietly. Probably all connected somehow.

Yes, I lost power suddenly.
Burned 100 bucks at desert mechanic.

Took it to an experienced mechanic down at Tijuana that specializes on Aeros and he just felt it with his hands.
Replaced IAC valve. Engine revved down now from 1,000 RPM's to 800.

Then he stuck his finger on the Throttle body vent pipe and pulled oil. Said my PCV Valve was stuck open. Replaced that.
Cleaned Throttle body with spray cleaner.
Engine runs great now. And it costed me 25 Bucks plus 10 Dlls worth of parts.
It seems my IAC had developed a leak on the connector inside. This made engine try to compensate for vacuum leak.
Thanks to all for the help!!!
