I have heard folks using from B5 (myself) to B100. I found at the higher levels if there was any fuel line or tank problem it will compound the problem or accelerate the problem. At my B5 level there is no problem but when I went to B20 I had a small leak in a hose develop. Went back to B5 - no leak - go figure.
The bio acts as a cleaner so anything in the fuel system will be sent to the filter plugging it. Just be prepared.
