We just got home, glad everyone had a good time. This was our first large cookout in a while, so the compliments on the food are very welcome. I must also say thanks to the kind folks at Moro Bay State Park for allowing us to meet there and providing the needed tables for the food service.
Sorry the girls didn't like our muddy water, but that is beyond our control
We hope that the chapter can continue to grow and we can get some other members to host gatherings in other parts of the state. So far we have been to the north and south, and points in between, so we need some member in the eastern and western parts to step up, come on folks, don't be shy, it doesn't hurt. We are not partial to where the gatherings take place, we just need some tables to eat from, a place to park the trucks and a spot to sit and BS for a few hours. Oh, and maybe a grill to cook on
My clan all had a great time.....to include the muddy water.
Thank you Jeff and Donna for hosting. You did a fantastic job.

Boy, I really was looking forward to going to the GTG. I sure wish I could have made it. But, the trip to get my son went well and he's home now so I guess the trade off was worth it. Looking forward to the next one. Hopefully I can make that one and he can come with me(being that the truck is really his anyway).
