Congrats Bruce! Keep up the good work....and I'm with you. There are still times I'd love to pick one up and light it....not doing it.....and I hope I always have the strength not to do it again!

I quit March 12, 2007, so I am about a year and 3/4 out.
What I notice is that I still want a smoke from time to time, usually in a moment of frustration or indecision. So I guess I'm stll quitting after all this time.
