Need a mechanic diagram of fuel system...
Anybody have a fuel system diagram?
I'm going for a WVO setup, but I need to know which lines are what on my 2002 7.3.
No return line, right?
I need to know which lines are fuel running all overtop the engine...
All? or is there some high pressure oil lines there too? I have a mechanic thats gonna help me, but I want to know everything and how it works...

Parkland, I guess you missed my thread the other day.
2002 Workshop Manual
Follow that link. 3. Engine, then look for fuel charging and controls 7.3. It should have all the info you need.

Hey Park, to run WVO, all you gotta do is pull the 1/8th" NPT plugs (item #1 in the diagram) and run a line between them, and put a T in the line somewhere with a check valve allowing fuel in, and you're set for the engine fuel system. That will also give you a home made cackle cure like mine. Once you get that in there, if you ever swap your injectors you can get rid of that #8 Long lead injector because you now have an open fuel and freely circulating fuel system as opposed to the stock dead-end system.
That's how I got mine set up right now, was gonna run WVO but things got in the way. Now I'm just gonna use the line for my Fuel Pressure Regulator

Is there check valves in the diesel fuel bowl to prevent WVO from entering the diesel system??

I'm sure that parkland will only want to use Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil or HVO, but almost all restaurants have stopped using that type because of health concerns!

NO NO NO!!!!!
NO hydragenated veggie oil.
You only want NON-hydrogenated 100% vegetable oil. It doesnt matter if its sunflower, corn, canola, etc.
But hydrogenated oil is your enemy.

No- the only check valves are in the heads, but IIRC they are not true check valves, but rather they keep the pulses from the injectors from slamming back through the fuel system. I do believe they could bleed off a little wvo back into the fuel system.
Can someone confirm this for me please?
