Opinions on best filtering system

I am getting ready to put together a filtering system for WVO and I'm 95% sure I'm doing the centrifuge in a barrel and another barrel or cube for storage. I'm collecting in carboys so I don't have to deal with sucking out of a vat.

From you guys who have done it, what system do you think is best and what would you do do differently if you were to do it again?

I am running my WVO thru 50 micron and 1 micron bag filters. I am looking @ upgrading to a centrifuge. It looks like the best way to remove water from your WVO.
