66f-100 is starting off with a positive reputation.
1250 rate springs

The original paperwork for my '66 f-100 says it has 1250 rate springs. Is this an upgrade over stock springs? If so, how much does it increase carrying capacity of the truck?

Front springs listed for 1965/66 F100/250 2WD's are as follows:

Standard: 1175 lbs. Optional: 1250 lbs.
