2001 f150 brakes`

I just changed the front brakes on my 2001 f150 and found something strange. On both the driver and passenger side the inside brake pads wore funny, they sloped! The top part of the pads were wore about halfway and the bottom of the pads were wore quite a bit more.First thing i thought of was a bad caliper but what are the chances of both sides going bad at the same time? I put new rotors on last year. Any ideas? Doug

Also 2001 F150 - 4X4 5.3L, Brakes wear even, but I seem to warp the rotors rather quickly.
