Try Svigel's (sp) on South Sante Fe. They have had some hard to find glass in the past, and prices were very reasonable.

Any autoglass shop cut you a door glass from glass stock, there's nothing special about it......it's just flat glass. The right/left are the same.
Most autoglass shops also carry the division bar (between glass and vent frame) glass runs and the "cat whiskers" = the w/seals on the outside/inside of the glass at the beltline.
