Don't ask me I seem to be the only one that has rubbing issues hahaha.

I have aftermarket rims that are 8.5" wide.

it just depends on how aggressive the tire is. a 33 or 35x12.5 WILL NOT RUB in the A/T tire. some M/T's do, and some don't.

since Brian's tire is 1" wider than stock, that means ~1/2 of the tire is closer to everything else than a OEM wheel

any good tire shop will let you mount up a tire and test it out. have them mounted and take a test drive

depends on how big you want to go, you should fit 33"s no problem 35"s will require to you level the front of the truck a couple of inchs. Welcome to the site theres plenty of helpful people and info on here!

i have a 2" level on my wifes truck and fit 295/70/17s on the factory rims with no problem at all. These rims equate to about 33.4". I could probably went with 305s with no problem at all

I installed a pro comp leveling kit on my 06, with American Racing wheels and Pro Comp AT 325/65/18 I had no rubbing. The 18 x 9 AR wheels were ordered to keep the tires in the stock location in the wheel well. Almost 5 years later and now with 35x12.50x 18 Mud Grapplers, it rubs the sway bar in full lock. I have noticed that the stop lug on the lower control arm is now completely worn off on both sides. I really don't think it would rub at all if I replaced the control arms.
