Had to go as a spectator yesterday.....I've done some mods to my truck over the winter and i'm still working the bugs out.
It was a great day!!! Beautiful weather!!!
Track was fast and we had a lot of fast trucks. Lots of runs under 10 seconds. Fastest times were all around 4 seconds. All the race results are posted on the website. Give us a few days and we'll get some pics and video up on the website. Some drivers couldn't make it this time because they went to the Dover races.
The next race is on June 22nd....it should be a good one. If you've got kids be sure to bring'em out. They're gonna have power wheels races for the 4-7 yr olds during their intermission.
The only dissapointment of the day was the street class. Last year they didn't have a street class and people said they wanted it back. They brought it back this year and we had ONE truck....whats up with that? The street and prostock trucks run in a shallower pit built just for those trucks...pretty mild by mudbog standards. I figure everybody was skeered or they think mud won't wash off their pavement queens lol...just kidding guys, sort of. Come out and try the street class everybody, its a blast.
Let us know what you think on the website. Its designed for spectators and drivers alike.
