Finally got down to golden on a cruise night!! There were some pretty nice cars down there, and also a few pieces of junk.
All and all, not a bad night of messing around for just the cost of fuel to get down there. I got yelled at (by the girlfriend) for not having plates or insurance on my dodge. She was pretty bummed that we were just watching from the grass, instead of cruising it around on the streets. Maybe in a month or 2 i will have plates and insurance on it, and i can bring it down from the mountains, into the foothills, for a night of cruising. I wasnt racing this saturday, which was pretty much the only reason i was able to make it out, im sure there will be another cruise night when im not racing.
A few of the RMFTC guys are going, but I don't have much extra time this year. I even missed the Rocky Mountian Round-Up car show. I heard it was a good turnout.
Cruise Night is the first Saturday of each month. I got to see part of the last one because I was late getting home from Aurora.
Oh well, back to the grease mine!
