Mustang exhaust manifold

Does anyone know if the exhaust manifolds used on my 2.8l from a '78 Mustang II are the same as the ones they put on the 2.8L rangers and Bronco II's. I'm trying to find a head pipe for it and want to make sure it's going to work without having to swap manifolds and I don't know if a head pipe from a Mustang would have good clearances for the B2.

So the driver side is the same and the passenger side is completly different and the Mustang's oil filter comes straight out the side of the block while the B2's and Rangers have a relocation adapter to make clearance for the different manifold and head pipe. Luckily the Bronco I have been pulling parts off of had both so I should have the exhaust bolted up by the end of the day.
