i has seen old diesel/gas tanks that have sat for years (empty) blow the second a person put a torch to them.

i agree safety first. i am using an old methanol barrel in my 40 gallon processor, and don't you know I was very careful about taking the torch to it.

i just hate the way the headline reads- it makes it seem like it's the biofuel's fault. they just don't want us making it.

Absolutely, it should read, "natural gas pipeline explosion"... had nothing to do with Bio.
