’72 LTD rotor/drum swap on a ‘73 F100

I have a ’73 F100 longbed and have been looking for aftermarket wheels. I also need to d a brake job (need new front rotors). This leads me to a few questions.I read that a guy here changed his front disk and rear drums to a 5 x 5” bolt pattern by using the parts off a ’72 LTD (and had the rear hub machined to the correct pattern). He claims that the bearings and seals are the same. I looked on AutoZone’s website and confirmed that the inner and outer front wheel bearings are the same part numbers. The seals had different parts numbers. Has anyone ever done this? Is it as simple as swapping the disk, drums and machining the hubs? -MikeI’d like to run Torq-Thrust Originals (TTO) on the truck (which is why I want to do the 5on5 conversion). But they have a back spacing of 3.75”. Would I need to get a 0.25” spacer to make the backspacing the correct 4”?
