if your neighbors are abunch of old people they are probably gona be fairly pissed. If you have headers and bolt them up to that and dont run any tubes to behind the cab there is a slight risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. If you are in alot of slow traffic, keep the windows down and keep some air moving thru the cab. If you are on the highway you should be fine. Welcome to FTE by the way, there are alot of good guys on here, you can learn alot. What truck is are you puting them on? Also you should pick up a few horses from a stock exhaust or even from having a system, there should be less back pressure on the motor. Personally I would get the 3rd one down because the outlet is bigger witch means even less back pressure.

Most of the guys up here that have them use them on race cars, they just bolt them up to the headers. It will work and if you dont have acsess to a pipe bender to bolt them up to the headers. It would work for now if you make sure you get some fresh air in the cab. That is if you have headers not just the stock manifold. That is increadible that you get 15mpg on your 460, on mine I get a 8-9 highway and about 6 city. Also I take it that yours is a carb not efi?

The old headache, hearing loss & CO poisoning models.

We used to call them "Roll Control Mufflers", on the theory (developed in a state of partial intoxication) that they hung so low that if the car leaned in a corner, the muffler would touch down first, springing the car back to level.

Every loud muffler potentially produces a vote for a potential office holder who makes part of his package a law banning ANY modification to vehicles.

Every load muffler provides a reason for law enforcement to take a closer look at you and your vehicle.

If you like pissing others off, you are on the right track.

If I was your neighbor and you came in late and woke me up, you would soon find yourself in need of paint, tires, gas tank flush, many many maintenance items associated with being a nuisance.

well im on the other side of the coin im efi and want to go carb. There is so many more performance options for the carb. If there is a will there is a way so it can be done, I think the hardest part would be the wiring.

The sound is great until you have to drive it to work, and hung over from the night before.
