Cruise Nite Menu

Hey Guys - Any preferences on what I should have for supper on Saturday of cruise nite? I'm trying to decide between pulled pork, sliced pork or BBQ Beef. I have a couple of places that I get it from and it is all good. I use to grill burgers and braughts but the party started getting to big and I spent all my time cooking and didn't get to visit or drink beer - And That is what I am best AT!

Well, I could pretty much go with any of the above!! What ever is easier for you George, and that is easier on the budget also.

I honestly wasn't expecting a meal out of the deal but I'm not one to turn down free food either I'm good with whatever. At this point I'm planning to come down (maybe bring Kenny with me) and hang for a while and meet some of the gang that will be there!!!

I'm a pulled pork fan myself, but it all sounds good to me. Sounds like this will be a fun time!

George, did you escape the nado in Kearney. We talked to my cousin there and they lost a porch and some trees. They live north and a little west of the fairgrounds.

Del - thanks for asking but luckily I missed it buy just a couple of blocks. Had some tree damage but it could have been a lot worse than it was. An Office building 2 blocks north of me lost its roof and it was right in line with the fair grounds so it was too close for my comfort zone. I don't think the tornado was on the ground when it went by our place. Hope your cousin and his family are OK.

They are doing fine. Just the tree damage and the front of the house. Structurally the house will be fine.

I think I am going to go with Pulled Pork, home Style potatoe salad and baked beans. I will have some adult beverages on ice and of course people will be bringing goodies. The only thing you guys need to bring are your appetites and drink if your picky.
