I recently have a f150 with the 5.4. Ive been considering selling this truck and getting a 250 diesel and buy a biodiesel kit. Really dont know too much about it and would like some opinions and some information on it. Ive seen kits from $2000 all the way up to 5k and above. Whats a good kit to look into? Hows it change the performance of the truck?? Thanks.

 

I have been running biodeisel for the past 6 years and have not had any problems infact the engine oil stays cleaner and the truck is noticably quieter.I buy my fuel from the suppliers around here but am seriously thinking about making some.

You'll get plenty of input there on kits for making bio, including some home made ones.
