Making/Costs of Bio-Diesel

I am currently running a '97 powerstroke on wvo with a greasecar kit. Now I am interested in buying a kit to make bio-diesel. Where is the best place to find a good kit, what are the costs of ingredients, do you mix it with diesel in cold weather, etc.? At what temp does bio-diesel start to gel? I have also heard that a different type of rubber fuel line is required, is this true? Does anyone know any good reading material on the process of making bio-diesel? Thanks in advance for your help.
