Sqeaky doors

Does anyone have a problem with sqeaky door? I have a 2002 LB, SC, 4" lift with 35's. I pulled my TT this weekend and the noise got on my nerves. I had my wife pull the passenger door in and it stoped. When I got home I loosed the latch and tighend it again, now it sound like the door isn't shut (when going over bumps, hard to advoid a bumpy ride with a lift) and it still sqeaks. Anyone have a way to stop the sqeak? It sounds like rubber on metal, not the normal ruber on ruber sound. Any kind of help would be great.

Thanks CN

Put some armor all on the rubber bump stops. If the noise doesn't go away, it is probably in the latch and striker. Use can use wd40 there.

Use Fluid Film on the latches and rubber. It is avaiable at John Deere dealers. Great stuff.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

I second that. Using WD40 on the latches, hinges and strikers elminated all the squeaking I was having. Don't forget about the latch and striker at the top of the rear doors.

I had a metal on metal squeak that drove me nuts and I tried everything.
I to take the interior panel off and drill a hole where the upright crosses the door beam. Then I bolted them together.
Finally, silence.

I sprayed all of my latches and hinges with white lithium lube. Nice and quiet now.
