92 F150 Can 5x8 speakers fit front door?

Has anyone installed 5x8 speakers in the front doors of a 1992 - 1996? year F150? There's 6 1/2 speakers in there now but I was thinking of cutting openings for 5x8. Will the door panel fit over the larger speakers?

Anyone that has done this would you happen to have a picture of the 5x8 without the door panel installed?
