Yes I am in southern California. SFV to be exact. Where are you?
I am making a run to Fresno in a couple weeks and could deliver it.
Not sure what its worth right now. Still in the early stages of figureing out what I have. I do have a magic number in mind ($$) and I might need some parts (trade). You could make a non-binding offer.

Whats the procedure for posting pictures here? I would love to show off the truck to guys that would appreciate it. My wife has had enough.

The truck was in a mans garage for 50 years but moved outside a couple years ago. He passed away and his son was put in charge of getting rid of all the stuff by June 1. I tried not to buy it but that didnt work. It is 100% complete and together except for the generator, distributor and spark plugs are removed. I saw an intake manifold gasket in the cab with the parts. I think replacing that was as far as he got with the repair way back when.

Hey maddddog - welcome to the classics.

For photos, you can create a photo gallery here on FTE. Just go to your User CP, select Edit Gallery and follow the steps. Its pretty easy.

Can't wait to see your new addition.

I'm a bit north of you (95361 zip)....but Fresno isn';t too far of a haul soth of me.

PM me the info on the engine and tranny and a price you're lookingh for, we might make a deal...otherwise we've only wasted bandwitdth, and what the heck

Easiest way I've found to post pics is open up a photobucket account...

www.photobucket.com ...then, upload the pics to thier site...once done, go to the very last header on the bottom and copy and paste the "IMG" tag to your post.
Best to have two browser windows open, just makes it easier to work with.
