changing cams

I'm having someone rebuild my mustang motor and the motor that was in it pretty much has no mileage on it and now I got this cam its the ford e303 or the b303 one and I want to put it in my bronco and put on some 1.7 rocker arms. what are the steps I should do to do this I want to do it my self I don't feel like pulling that motor so thats why I want to do it my self I can just do it in my garage after my mustangs done but I just want to know what I should do like all the steps.

The Ford alphabet cams are very poor choices for a 5.0 in a heavy truck.

What year is the bronco and is it mass air? If it isn't the motor won't run very well with either of these cams.

If you insist on putting the cam in anyway, the procedure is pretty simple.
Strip the intake, valve covers, and timing cover off the motor.
Rotate the crank until the marks line up on the timing gears.
Remove the rockers, pushrods, spider and dogbones, and lifters.
Remove the timing chain and and then carefully pull the cam, rotating as necessary.
Carefully put the new cam in and re-install the timing assembly with the marks aligned.
Re-install lifters, dogbone assembly, pushrods, and rockers(torque to spec).
Put covers back on.

Its a 94 with mass air. I just figured since I have it laying around from my mustang motor which I'm building a 347 and using a custom cam I can use this cam in my bronco.

I'm running the e303 cam in my 96 and it works fine but there is much better cams out there. 1.7 rocker is too much with this cam, find a great cam and run 1.6 rockers.
