94dangahrangah is starting off with a positive reputation.
94,4.0 lower intake joby

i am currently at my halfway point in doing the lower and upper intake gasket (it was leaking antifreez like a siv, after i finished ALL my body and exhaust work) has anyone else had problems with this job? this is my first 4.0 related job

mrshorty is starting off with a positive reputation.
I did my lower intake last year. It wasn't too hard. Just followed the instructions in Chilton's/Haynes. I think the worst part was putting the valve covers back on, because I dropped a couple of the bolts/nuts, and it was a pain trying to find them on the garage floor, because one of them didn't fall all the way to the floor bgut got hung up on top of the transmission or the frame or something.
