Chapter Buy/Sell/Trade Ads: Each chapter will have one (1) thread for chapter members to list items wanted, for sale or for trade. The rules for posting in this thread are as follows:
Only Ford truck related items and automotive tools & equipment can be listed.
Only one picture is allowed per post, per item. If additonal pictures are necessary, place a link in your post to those pictures. Additional posted pictures will be removed without warning.
You must have your private messaging (PM) turned on and be able to receive PM's to post an ad in the Chapter thread. If you do not, your post will be removed.
Use the PM or email system to conduct all discussion and transactions regarding the item(s). You can post your interest in the item(s) and that you’ll contact the seller but no discussions. Keep it short.
If you post an ad, please reply that you found, sold or otherwise disposed of the item.
The buy/sell/trade thread will be purged periodically for old postings. Generally every 30 to 60 days.

Your ad or reply to any ad is subject to editing or deletion at discretion of the Chapter Leader, Moderators or Administrators of FTE.
Commercial advertisements are strictly prohibited.

OK all,
I'll be in the market for some body parts at some point. It's not super high on my priority list, getting her on the road is first. My truck has been hit pretty hard in the front. Lots of bondo there now. I'll be needing both front fenders and a hood at some point. The dually fenders are pretty beat up too. I found a set on CraigsList for $180 but I'd rather throw that money at mechanical first so I'm sure they'll be gone by the time I get ready for them.
I'll keep an eye on this thread for items wanted as well. I check CraigsList on probably an hourly basis looking for parts so I may find a link for someotherbody too.
Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for or not, but it's probably close.
Mike
Not quite what we're looking for, but thanks for thinking of me! My son's truck needs everything, from the flywheel, bellhousing, clutch parts, pedal assy, Etc.
It has a C-6 auto now, and we want to change over to a manuel trans for better milage, He drives it 265 miles every day!

One's got the manual tranny, could probably get all the parts you & your son need from that one.
Mike
Thanks for the link Mike. We checked into it, but it is a 4 speed, not a 5 speed. We really want the overdrive. My son Harley drives 250 miles per day on his route, and even with biodiesel would like to get better mileage

No prob Fab, I'll keep looking for you. I have RSS feeds set up for all of Oregon's CraigsList sites searching for parts for my truck. It doesn't take me any more time to look for 5 speed parts for you too and I'm happy to do it.
Mike
