2.3 High Output HSC Identification ?

All you Tempo nuts out there this one is for you.....
I want to replace the standard 2.3 HSC engine in my '85 Tempo for the High Output engine that was an option. (more power and torque to mate up to the 5-speed which I have already installed).
Any idea how I can tell the difference between these engines when I'm at the junkyard??
Any other feedback would be helpful.
Thanks....mdw

2.3 High Output HSC Identification ?

someone has changed myne to the ho before i got the car. i was told at the dealer ship that the high outputs have the aluminum heads and intakes. ive owned two tempos one with the ho and with the hsc. belive me you can tell an incredible difference in the two motors power wise. ill check in my books. theres a number in the vin code you can tell by though. im not sure what the letter is but ill dig around.
