Damn Andy....I wish you would have given me more than 1 days notice.

I'm switching to the graveyard shift Monday (Midnight Sunday) ....so if you want to pull an all nighter Saturday night I'll be available, otherwise I'll be sleeping pretty much all day. Either way, you are welcome to borrow my big jackstands if you need them.

I can do that. I think my mom is planning cooking me a fathers day meal tomorrow evening....which is kind of wierd....but I'll give you a holler tomorrow afternoon to make sure you're not pinned under the truck or anything.

Finished

Well went out and got started on the springs. Didn't take me as long as I thought it would. Gained about 1.5" lift with the swap. Shocks are next! Got the new front plate on that Jackie got me.

Thanks Jeff, it will get there some day. Any luck on that syncro yet? Mike, it was no biggie, I had it done in like 30min anyways. Very easy, now I just have to get rid of the old springs.

Are you going to re-use those spring spacers from the old coils? And if not.....can I have them?

Didn't call (you probably noticed). You got done about three hours before I got up. Good job. Mater is coming together nicely.

Nice set up, the flexibility of coils, without the hassles of "I-Beams".

I re-sprung a twin-I once, and won't bother again. Too limited unless you want to fab up a whole mess of stuff for it...

Best of all - the alignment should still be the same!

Jeff, no big deal, I was just wondering if you had looked. Just let me know whenever.

Scott, the spring spacers are all yours. I will pull them out today for you.

Greywolf, I didn't replace the whole suspension. I just replaced the worn out springs that were in there.

Lookin good Andy, how was your fathers' day?

I spent a couple of hours yesterday, and pre-filtered to 200 micron all of the waste cooking oil we got from Jimbo's. Today I did as little as possible.
